| John came into our shop saying he wanted his Cobra to make
600rwhp . He was thinking about another aftermarket roots style supercharger. But
to make that kind of horsepower with the roots style supercharger he was speaking of would
have been quite a bit more expensive. So after doing some research we chose the
ATI Procharger Stage 2 with the F1A head unit. This kit uses the stock
intercooler. After more research, we chose the right injectors, mass air meter
and fuel system. Other mods before the ATI were Borla stinger catback &
offroad x-pipe. |

| During our research into this project we spoke to a lot of big
names in the business; manufacturers and tuners alike were telling us that this
is one of the hardest Mustangs to get tuned correctly. As you can see by the
Dyno run 9 graph and the text print out from our dyno, the 04 cobra put down 639rwhp
& 540 ft lbs torque at 6250 rpm. And it has a safe air fuel ratio. At 6250 rpm
it hit the stock rev limiter. We did not raise the rev limit with the chip
program. This kit is rated at 650hp that’s why the rev limiter was not raised.

| This is about 740 flywheel horsepower and we had it dialed in within 7 PULLS ON
THE DYNO!!! We used a Diablo Revolution chip & custom tune we made here at our
shop. As a tuner it would be nice to take all the credit, but a tuner is only
as good as the assembled parts he is trying to tune. There is a lot of credit to
go around on this project: thanks to John for trusting us with his 04 cobra,
the crew here at the shop, ATI, PRO-M & Diablo all had a hand in putting
this together. |
