James' 1990 Lincoln Mark VII
We have been working with James for a few years now, every
time James came back to the shop he asked how we can make more horsepower.
Well, so far we are at 599 RWHP and there's more to come.
UPDATE: After final tuning, the Mark 7 put down 627 RWHP that's around
752 FWHP; she's a beast!!! Just hit the key and it comes to life,
rattling the windows. Driveability is perfect; idle is perfect; stomp the
go pedal at 60mph and it rips the tires loose. When a car does that, you
know you have a badass ride!!!

Matt's 92
Built for Renegade class; nearly complete. We finally took
Matt's 92 GT to Gateway to see how it was going to launch and what times it was
going to make. Click picture to see the results!!!

Fred's 05 GT
We installed Vortech supercharger with cooler. It made
265.7 stock rwhp. After Vortech install and Predator tune it put down 426.7
rwhp and 390 torque. The 05 was running through stock h-pipe with cats.

John's 04 Cobra
We installed a ATI Procharger Stage 2 F1A and Dyno tuned
it with a custom tune loaded into a Diablo Predator. Click the picture to see

Kelli's 93 Special Edition
We freshened up the lower end, rings and bearings. On the
upper we installed a cam, GT-40X heads, Cobra intake polished, water pump
polished, valve colors polished, 24lb injectors, C&L 76mm system, shorty
headers, electric fan and aluminum radiator, March pulleys and brackets
polished. Kelli is in Kuwait right now and her husband wanted the 93 ready when
she gets back to the states. |
Dave's 07 GT500
Power Pulley, custom air intake, long tube headers with
3-inch collector, 3-inch X-Pipe, 3-inch all the way to the tips. Custom tuned
with a Diablo Predator. Stock HP was 408 RWHP. After the mods were added on and
back on the dyno, the Shelby made 539.62 RWHP with torque at 523.10. At 6200
RPM it gained 155 HP over stock. |

Dealer 2008 Bullitt
A local Ford dealer brought in the 2008 Bullitt along with
a Saleen supercharger they wanted us to install and tune. We installed the
supercharger, the EEC processor had to go to Saleen for a reflash for the
supercharger warranty. The Bullitt made 273.85 RWHP and torque at 296.25 stock.
With the Saleen supercharger it made 395.59 RWHP and torque at 377.11. |
Jay's 07 GT500 Convertible
Jay brought in his 07 GT500 to install a kit he bought
from Ford consisting of a cold air kit, shorty ceramic headers and 3:73 gears.
We also put a 2.80 pulley on. It made 538 rwhp. He brought these parts to us
for install; we would have chosen different parts. |

Brian's 07 GT
Brian brought his 07 tous on a trailer; it had a bent rod
from a 150-shot NX backfire. We rebuilt the engine to a 5.0 stroker, Stage 3
cams, Fox Lake Stage 3 ported heads and Manley valve train. He also brought a
turbo system to install after the engine was finished. The 07 GT made 555 rwhp,
that is 638hp at the flywheel. Custom tuned with a Diable Predator, it has
perfect street manners. At 50mph in 3rd gear, stomp the go pedal, and it hazes
the drag radials. |

Chris's 2002 Saleen
We built the engine for chris. It is a stock stroke
over-bored 020, ported heads, stage 3 cams, Cobra forged crank H-beam Eagle
rods and Mahle forged dished pistons. We also custom-tuned it here with a
Diablo Revolution chip. On the dyno the small Saleen S/Cer became a
restriction; at 5000 rpms the power flattened out. So, we went with a Vortech.
After tuning is put out 498 RWHP; that's 572 FWHP at 6300 rpm!!! |
Joe's 99 GT
We rebuilt Joe`s engine into a 302 stroker, all Eagle
forged rotating assembly, C&L plenum Patriot heads, cams stage 3, 30 lb
injectors and PMAS mass meter. Joe has to put some miles on it before we dyno
tune it. |

Local Jeep
This Jeep is owned by a major Dodge dealership in the St
Louis area, they built it at the dealership. It is a beautiful work of art.
They could not get the engine to fire up. o they brought it to us. The jeep had
an Accell DFI EFI system, with a Crane ignition box and stock digital
distributor and coil, they were burnt up from a 12 volts running thru the
signal wires, which should have been low voltage. We had to replace all these
parts and rewire the whole electrical system separating the DFI from the
ignition system. The engine fired up and with some tuning to the Accell DFI
system. The Jeep now runs great. |
Al's 99 GT
AL came to the shop for a 5.4 engine build up and tune for
his 99 GT. A lot of custom fabricating went in to making every thing fit and
work togather. AL was very patient, this project took some time to complete,
but AL was more interested in it being done right. Engine has Mahle forged
pistons, Eagle H-Beam Rods, stock 5.4 crank. Patriot stage 3 heads and cams,
Reichard racing adapter plates, Professional Products aluminum intake and 30 lb
injectors. Headers had to be cut and welded to miss the K-member, valve covers
had to be modified to miss the brake booster, Miezier electric water pump.
Corbeau custom seats with a rear seat delete kit was installed. 315 rwhp so
far. We are putting on a PMAS 95mm velocity meter and then back on the Dyno
with a 150 shot NO2. We will try to post numbers at a later date. |

Harold's 06 Saleen
We installed a Vortech w/cooler, the Saleen put down
431rwhp with a mild Predator tune. The Saleen has an automatic transmission and
we worked closely with Diablo to resolve the auto's shifting problems of the 05
& 06 GT's under boost. |
Tim's 86
Tim and his crew came to the shop from the World Ford
Challenge to do some tuning on their race car, the 86 was a procharged blow
thru carb set up. Sorry can't put up horsepower numbers. It is close to the
record hp on our dyno. |

Package. It sets down about 1 1/4 inches. |

We installed a Vortech S-Trim with cooler and Diablo
Predator tun. The Saleen went from 263rwhp to 431rwhp with a safe air fuel
curve. |

Bob's 04 Mach 1
Bob's 04 Mach 1 - we installed a Vortech V2 w/cooler. The
Mach 1 made 425rwhp with a mild tune. |
James' 03 Cobra w/NOS
Car was tuned with Diablo Revolution chip, with two
programs. First program to add horsepower without Nos, made 470rwhp. Second
program for 75hp shot with Nos, made 521rwhp. At mid range RPM 3000-4500 rpm
the 03 Cobra made 100hp more with Nos. A Nitrous Express kit was used. |

Ed's 93 Convertible
We added Trick Flow heads, stage 1 cam, intake, new timing
chain and lifters. Ed is putting some miles on this combo to break in the new
parts. This combo puts out around 296-298 rwhp. That's about 340 fwhp. |
Ed's 93 Cobra
We installed Vortech supercharger system, made 360 hp 383
torque at 5200 rpm. Horsepower was still climbing, but we didn't go to rev
limiter on a new, just installed system |

We put on the Vortech supercharger and Dyno tuned it using
a custom tune and loaded into his Diablo Predator, tuned to 245 fwhp
. You read it right, 245fwhp. |

Mike`s 03 Cobra
Stock rwhp was 382. We installed the kit we put together
for the 03 Cobras. Kit consists of 2.81 pulley, Borla stinger cat back, cold
air kit, Diablo Revolution chip, and custom tuned to make maximum horsepower
while keeping the engine safe at a 11.8 air fuel ratio at high RPM.
End result: 464 safe rwhp. |
Mike's Factory Five cobra
Had an Edelbrock 650 on it when Mike brought it to
the dyno and made 155 rwhp. We suggested a Holley 750.
The 331 stroker now sings to the tune of 360 rwhp. |
